Warm Beach Mosaics Vintage china and stained glass mosaics by Annie Moriarty I am a mosaic artist and I work with vintage china and stained glass.

I get to combine my love of repurposing things with my love of vintage china - it's great to see what I can come up with. I am a total thrift-store junky so I get to indulge in that as well. I love gardening so many of my pieces are garden-themed. My pieces fit well into shabby, beach, Victorian and cottage decor. There are a few things to note:

ality china - it's too sad to break such beautiful pieces. I work with chipped, crazed and orphaned china (also I'm really cheap and top quality china in sets is really expensive!)

I love to do custom work for clients using damaged heirloom china to make something new. I also love to work with clients to create a personalized or custom piece that completes a room perfectly. All of my pieces are for use either indoors or in a covered porch or sunroom area. Being a mosaic artist in Western Washington has its drawbacks since mosaics don't like cold or wet....go figure!
