A couple of candle tips for lighting your wood wick for the first time!

🕯️ I have trimmed them to the correct length but sometimes it’s still not short enough. Trim it down if you’re having trouble keeping the flame going!

🕯️ To prevent tunneling, and ruining your candle, plan to burn it to a full melt pool each time you light it. You want the entire radius of the candle melted!

🕯️ After the first burn, pinch off the excess burned wick before lighting! This prevents a huge flame and fire hazard.

If none of these are working and you cannot get your candle to stay lit, please send me a message and I’ll be happy to trouble shoot! 🕯️ 🤍

Hello candle friends! 🤍

It’s been over a year since I’ve been active. My last batch of candles was the 2023 Holiday Collection and I’m happy to announce I’m ready to pour! This will be a small, limited batch as I ease back in to the groove.

I will be pouring the classic 7 oz wood wick candles in three fragrances:

🥭 Coconut water + mango
🍞 Lemon poppy seed
🍒 Japanese cherry blossom

PREORDER will open FRIDAY morning, 3/21/25, at 6 am. All candles will be $12. The website is no longer live- please COMMENT your order 👇 and wait for my confirmation to send payment via Venmo.

This last year has been wild, yet truly amazing with my new addition to the gang of boys I have💞🎀 here’s Mia, she’s 1 already! 🥹

**** UPDATE: I’m so sorry to all who have attempted to pre-order candles. I haven’t even visited my distributors websites in over a year and to my surprise, the 100% soy wax I’ve always used has been discontinued. Coconut soy and coconut wax are offered now. I will have to test before I can produce quality candles for a restock. I am so sorry I jumped the gun and left you all hanging! Testing can be quick or it can take weeks, even months, depending on availability of product and materials. I will begin testing as soon as I am able to and hopefully get a restock by summer 🩶****

Happy New Year! 🥳🤩 keep reading for a CCC announcement!

With a new babe coming in 7 weeks or less, production has stopped. The future of Coconut Creek Candle at this point is unknown. Taking time with my sweet newborn and my big boys will be the top priority for the upcoming months and not sure where I’d fit candle making in to my days 🤪 I absolutely enjoy pouring candles and testing new fragrances so I don’t think I will completely give up candle making. Maybe less business side of it and more hobby side of it. Either way, Coconut Creek is something I have felt endless pride for and entirely grateful for ALL the support from my family, friends, and customers. As a recap of 2023, would you care to tell me what your favorite fragrance was?? ☺️

So for now, it isn’t a goodbye- just a see you later 👋 🤍
