Went through many of my yarns yesterday, organizing and seeing what I have. I found these four cones of the same color but different content; linen, wool, cotton and cotton flake. My eye is drawn to this color it seems. What color(s) would you put with it? What should I make with this color?

Welcome to the newest loom in the studio, The Union No. 36 ! The Union Loom Works company was founded in Boonville NY by John Elsaser in 1918 and by 1979 he made over 40,000 of these 2-shaft counterbalance home rug looms. I wish I knew what year this loom was built. If it was the last one this loom is 57 years old! And it still works great! I am weaving a goose eye pattern, wool weft on cotton warp.
