Heritage Pointe Communities to Establish New Headquarters in Historic Downtown Warren

Heritage Pointe Communities is proud to announce the purchase of The Exchange Building in downtown Warren. The historic structure, built in 1887 at the corner of Wayne and 2nd Street, will soon become the organization’s new corporate headquarters.

The move marks a meaningful shift for Heritage Pointe Communities, which has maintained its central office on the flagship campus of Heritage Pointe of Warren since its founding in 1907.
