Warroad LEGO League

Our new Warroad Lego League “Explore” team wrapped up our fun season! We are so proud of this group and all the things they were eager to learn! We did a little bit of everything-building, designing, coding, mixing materials, creating, coloring, racing, laughing… and eating lots and lots of snacks 😊 Thank you to all the parents for their support and we hope to see you all again next fall!

It was a busy week for Warbotics getting ready for the State competition this weekend!

We had an open house for preschool and elementary school classes at Warroad Public Schools, visited the Warroad Heritage Center to learn about commercial fishing practices on Lake of the Woods, and presented to a packed house at the Warroad Library!

Thanks to everyone for all your support, especially Team 2883: FRED who have sponsored us and shared their practice space with us all season! ❤️

The returning Warbotics team and new team, The BrickBobs, both from Warroad and sponsored by Team 2883: FRED had a busy day at the Grand Forks Regional!

The BrickBobs finished their rookie season with a great final robot run of the day!

Warbotics received the Innovation Project Award and will be advancing to the State championship on February 8th.

Both groups have learned so much about the 2024 theme Submerged (ocean research) 🌊 , programming, and how to work together as a team.

👏🏻 Great job BrickBobs & Warbotics!!
