*GRATITUDE OVERFLOW*

What's up, everybody!!?

Whew!! Once again, the love that poured in for my YOU Year's Day on July 20th has me all in my feelings (the good ones!). 61 revolutions around the sun complete, and stepping into my 62nd year hits different.

For those new to my vocabulary: I don't do "birthdays" - celebrate YOU Year's Day because your personal new year is infinitely more significant than some arbitrary calendar flip. July 20th marked the beginning of my 62nd year of being unapologetically, authentically ME.

The messages, calls, posts, and pure love energy from this community...I see you, I feel you, and I'm deeply grateful. In a season where I've had to learn the difference between family and CHOSEN family, between people-pleasing and authentic connection, you all reminded me what real support looks like.

STILL STANDING. STILL RISING. STILL KEEPIN' IT MOVIN', KEEPIN IT HOT 🔥

Thank you for celebrating not just another year, but another level of ME!! The phoenix energy is real over here.

As a testament to UB’s versatility, I’ve recently decided to try going ‘meat-free’ for a bit...just to see how it might help with a couple of less-than-favorable symptoms I’ve been noticing lately.

So, I think I’ve finally perfected my little spin on a Falafel patty; added mushrooms and subbed chickpea flour for standard wheat/grain flour. Where’s the ?? Well... The sauce on top is No.10, Avocado oil mayo, and Seaweed Kimchi. Ya know... This ‘meat-free’ thing may not be so bad after all!! 😄🙌🔥

👋Hey All-Stars! Uncle Brutha here with an &Dupdate. 😄Mission accomplished - we have a new in-house recipe for No. 10! The process is complete & I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself! 🤩 Orders going out ASAP. Shoutout to all who added a case!

Years ago, I created my 1st recipe - hot wings! A challenge at work led me to make hot & tasty wings. Tomato juice & Tabasco didn’t sound good, so I came up with my own recipe using pre-packaged products. Now I’ve created the stocks in-house for ultimate control. The line can grow as it should!

In LA, I discovered new chili varieties to experiment with. The original combo of chilies became the winning recipe for No. 9, made with serrano chilies, garlic, green onion, cilantro & ginger. I started with veggie stock but now make my own!

Keeping production in-house is a major step! 🙌Samples from the latest R&D batches are going out to all who signed up Sept 20-Oct 1. Almost out of 12 oz bottles - we’ll have more from these batches! Consider the rewards program & tell friends/family!

We’re getting closer to the membership limit! Overrun me with too many members for R&D! 😅The next step is working with a commercial kitchen. A few details to work out but pushing for retail by the holidays! Leave a review for a surprise! Share how you use your allsauce!
