Fig and Walnut Sambosa with pomegranate strawberry compote

Ingredients are simple:
1 cup Dried figs
1 cup Water
½ cup Walnuts
Puff pastry dough
2 tsp Cardamom

4 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
1 lb Frozen strawberries
1 tbsp lemon/lemon juice
4 tbsp Sugar

Water
Spray oil
Powdered sugar
Crushed pistachios
Pomegranate kernels
Edible flowers
