# # # Job Responsibilities
- Design residential and commercial interior and exterior spaces.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop 3D models and create photorealistic interior and exterior renders.
- Select appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and color schemes.
- Provide technical support and conduct training on design software and professional project workflows.
- Explain architectural design, 3D modeling, and rendering techniques effectively.
# # # Required Skills
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD and SketchUp**.
- Strong rendering skills using **Enscape, D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion**.
- **Excellent photorealistic rendering quality is a MUST.**
- Strong understanding of interior and exterior design principles, lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
- Good technical knowledge of architectural drawings, 3D modeling, and rendering workflows.
- Ability to teach technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
# # # Educational Qualification
- B.Arch. or a relevant degree in Architecture.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and an impressive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching or training experience will be an advantage.
