We’re happy to share the long awaited reveal of our Northwest DC renovation. This residence was the home of our client’s late grandparent’s. With this project being sentimental, our top priority was preserving the home’s existing characteristics and memory, all while incorporating a modern flare and open floor plan. A full basement dwelling was added to the home, as an additional rental property, for our client.
