A couple of quick updates from the shop heading into the weekend! 🧑‍🍳

NEW 3oz Del’s Capitol Hill Honey just landed! Perfect for stocking stuffers (woof, can you believe we are already thinking about holidays) or for sneaking a little DC into your carry-on. AND a heads up we will be CLOSED Monday through Wednesday while we make some much needed room for new inventory.

We are losing our minds a little bit over these. 🫐

Staub’s blueberry 4 Quart Dutch Oven just arrived at Hill’s Kitchen and we are obsessed. A very limited run in this colorway, which means once they are gone they are gone. If you have been looking for a reason to finally invest in a Staub, this is it.

Fall cooking was made for this pot. Braises, soups, stews, Sunday ragus. Come see it in person.

Hill’s Kitchen is teaming up with The Persian Table for a hands-on baklava making class and we cannot wait! You’ll learn how to handle phyllo without losing your mind, build crispy layers, and work with Persian flavors that make this baklavaaah unique.

You’ll leave with a full tray of the good stuff and a few extra treats we can’t help but throw in.
