Old Wood, New Use Full time RV’rs & Artisans sharing functional live edge wood creations as we travel the USA. I am happy to share my thoughtful, functional creations with you.

I've been working with wood for most of my life and I love creating things for people to enjoy. From bookcases to bottle openers, cutting boards to checker boards, I love making things! I try to utilize local, reclaimed wood when possible but I also use exotic woods and local hardwoods with live edge for variety and contrast. I can custom build many of my pieces to your specifications, please ask!

My wife and I moved to the Pacific Northwest 4 years ago to be near our Grandchildren. In addition to our family time, I also enjoy fly fishing, kayaking, hiking, playing the drums, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Thank you for your interest.

Our first sunset on Lake Ontario did not disappoint. Today we explored Mexico Point State Park and found a short, dog-friendly beach where JoJo had fun romping in the waves. Lots of history here as well, dating back to early 1800’s.

Found another JoJo’s for JoJo ! JoJo's Pizza & Pasta in Mechanicsburg! Mikey, our Server was awesome & sold us JoJo hats! We enjoyed the food too! Then on to Wolf Brewing Co.® where we sampled gluten removed beer (tested at less than 20ppm, makes it gf!) The Stout was my favorite!

Off grid at this Thousand Trails in Hershey, PA but it’s a beautiful campground with lots of space for RV’s & things to do. We are apparently in the flight path of the PA Huey helicopter that we saw in Gettysburg a few weeks ago! Downside is no WiFi or Verizon; time to switch to Starlink!

Today we explored the cute little PA town of New Oxford, just outside of Gettysburg. It used to be the Mecca for antique shopping but the decline in demand has left just a few in business. Still, it was fun walking around, wine tasting at Ed & Cheryl Glick (love their clever art!) and enjoying the beautiful PA architecture.
