We are taking a short break while I set up a shop in Michigan(where all the wood is at!) hope to engage in recovering wood from trees falling in storms or Nuisance trees fell from properties. Will let you all know when I am up and running

This bowl was suppose to be a vessel sink for a lady but I was too afraid to make the hole in the bottom, lacking a bevel cutter and drill press at the moment :(. This bowl is made from Alaskan birch and has a 12" diameter with extensive wood burning and gilding. The current color is copper but I can also do the outside of the bowl in African bronze(green bronze), antique gold, German silver, and iris blue. Priced at 200$

Tortilla/ sugar dish finished with danish oil and tung varnish on the put side. No finish on the inside. Made from ash. 10" diameter and a great fitting lid. Priced at 60$ due to the wood being inexpensive. Great wood used to make baseball bats.

Bowl made from chakte kok (red heart) which comes from Brazil. This bowl has cracked in several places since I bought the blank several months ago. I will be observing wether it cracks additionally in the upcoming months before the bowl is sold. Over all I am happy with the outcome and I have another piece of this stuff which will make a set of two bowls.
