Carmelized Onion

…and those are just the sourdough bread flavors!

This is a snippet of my day, almost 2.5 hours condensed to a few seconds, I hope you enjoy watching as I work 🤗.

I’ll add more to the list tomorrow when we close in on what we’re making. Sometimes things unfold as we go along 😉😉.

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to summer! 🎉🎉🥳🥳 (for a couple days 😂😂).

We will be out Saturday at Mann Family Dental about 11 - rain or shine.

This week we’ll have…

Rustic

Rye
Roasted Garlic Asiago
Pizza (just a few loaves)
Chocolate Chip ( I’m going to make a few loaves to see how it goes)

We have a hodge podge of cookies…

Toffee Cashew
Peanut Butter
Oatmeal Cream Pies
Monster Cookies (small but tasty)

Luis will be making pastries for you tomorrow and there should be some cinnamon rolls and lemon rolls.

I think that’ll be sufficient!

I tried to post this a few hours ago but we’ve had a busy day!

Thank you to our regular folks and all the new friends that came out. Thank you to those who traveled a distance and those who walked around the corner to see us.

Thank you is easy to say but it comes from the heart and includes a depth of appreciation as well.

I’m excited!

We went to the Home Show in Anchorage a month or so ago and we were across from Bees Wax Bags by Linda Lee. The bags have a great story behind them but what’s even better - they work wonderfully to store your sourdough bread! We gave one a test run and I’m so pleased. 🤗 These bags are 100% cotton (fun fabric designs) coated with bees wax, tree resin, jojoba & coconut oil. Hand made in Homer and I have three sizes to offer you all.

Large 10x12 $25
Jumbo 13x15 $30
French bread or baguette 8x20 $28

I’ll have them available Saturday when we show up at Mann Family Dental.
