Mother Nature is screaming …please grow a garden. Plant fruit trees. Till your lawn and plant low growing clover so u can stop mowing your lawn. Drive less, live simply…so we can all live.

Today we received a request for a nosegay. It had to be fragrant, so I added some single stocks from the high tunnel . The anemones are a volunteer surprise. Any flowers left in the high tunnel are growing very slowly due to lack of light. This time of year we are grateful for any blooms. Yes we are covering with row cover every night.

Lauren shared her pressed, framed wedding bouquet with me. This is a fantastic idea. It hangs on the wall for all to see and it’s easy to clean. If you want to save your wedding bouquet I 100% indorse this method.

Thank you so much for your support this 2022. We do make holiday and daily floral arrangements for pick up or delivery. As we are not using our farm grow flowers the prices are higher. We hand select the freshest flowers from the local wholesale flower distributor. Creating floral masterpieces.

What we do on our “off” season….Everything we don’t get to while in season. Yesterdays high tunnel harvest before a 9* evening beet greens, kale, snapdragon and stock. Swipe Saturday we put new plastic on one of the high tunnels finished the roll up sides next day in a snow squall. Before even higher winds came in the evening. She looks lovely and feels good to know she withstand the harsh winter. Swipe This is our snapdragon survival experiment. How cold can they go with row cover. Thanks for all the help Anah & Todd &

EXCITING NEWS… We will be vending at AT THE VERMONT FLOWER SHOW IN MARCH 2023. All Painted Tulip grown: P***y willow, dahlia tubers, seeds and staff made ceramics. Something to bok about.

WE WILL BE AT THE LAST BURLINGTON FARMERS MARKET THIS SATURDAY. We have sunflowers, celosia, snapdragons from the high tunnels. Ornamental cutting kale from the field. Looking forward to seeing you there.

WE WILL BE SELLING A LIMITED AMOUNT OF SWEET PEA SEED AND KISSME-OVER-THE GARDEN GATE SEED THIS WINTER. Please provide us with your email in the comments to be notified when the sale goes live. We mostly have white and blues and this color (in picture). They come from our green house, so I cant guarantee pure colors. They are pesticide free, no chemical fertilizer used, grown in healthy compost. Your email will only be used for seed and /or dahlia tuber sales. I don’t have time to send newsletters and such. Dm me your email for privacy.
