Bake mornings start at 5am! But look what I got done!
Fresh breads and bagels for Little Miss Sweet Pea's Farm Market, and dough prepping for tomorrow’s fresh breads!
I’m also testing out a new bread wrap! 💯 cotton fabric coated with a mixture of beeswax, jojoba oil and pine resin for the perfect naturally mold-inhibiting wrap. I’ll keep you posted on how it works! It was actually a lot harder and more labor intensive than I thought it would be so I’m pretty hopeful!
