Step one: dry the apples…
I’m gonna figure this bread out! I don’t think I like the caramel pieces so I’m going to do this more in the vein of apple pie sourdough…
I’ll keep you posted!

And again, I waited until the last minute to post that orders are open for this Wednesday’s pickup! So sorry! I’ve gotta figure out how to use the post scheduling feature here!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
Anyway, orders for Wednesday are due tonight so let me know if there is something I can bake up for you!

I’ll do better, guys…one day… 😬😬😬

Another test bread fail… the idea was solid, the execution… not so much.
This was a caramel apple sourdough loaf. Fresh apples is not the way to go. Take 2 will use apple juice instead of water and dried apples instead of fresh. I’m not sure how I feel about the little caramel balls since one of my daughters told me it tastes like candy corn and now that’s all I can taste!!

The baking has commenced! These Italian herb and cheese loafs smell divine!

Whew! It’s been a while since I posted! So sorry! Life gets in the way sometimes, but here I am and I’m ready to bake!
Let me know what I can bake up for you for this Wednesday’s pickup!
I know it’s my fault it’s such short notice, but orders are due tonight. Sorry!
Right now, the most requested loaf is the chocolate cherry loaf. It’s decadent!

**Thanksgiving orders will be for pickup on the day before Thanksgiving, so November 25th. I will be doing sourdough and yeast rolls for pickup that day but no bagel orders, sorry!

Look at these beauties! My favorite fruit and nut crisps.
The look like little stained glass windows when you hold them up to the light and they taste heavenly!
