Christian experimented with camera exposure after listening to Jeremy Moore on the MGP ep 119 talk about scale model photography. At first glance the top photo is dark, but when you enlarge, you'll see details missing in the bottom photo.

I just finished this Tamiya 1/48 RAAF Beaufighter. To the nice, simple kit I added resin engines and cowlings, PE, Quickboost exhausts, Master gun barrel and resin/PE rockets. Christian again made some painting masks. Vallejo paints, Dulcote, sprayed on oil filter then some pigments. Went real well till the end when I pulled off the tape from the canopies. Smultz of some sort got inside both of them and my fix wasn't great. Can't win them all!

Christian finished the 1:32 Kotare Spitfire Mk. I PR Type A, finished is Sky overall. Operational for 6 weeks in 1939/40...
