Sometimes you have to see a room in a different hue, and at times, it makes all the difference of showing clients who can’t visualize colors! It really helps make a presentation strong-especially when clients see a few different furniture options, layout ideas, colors, etc! This was so much fun to render and I love what did with this quite awkward long and narrow room. This ended up being my favorite room in the house! It’s it makes you want to curl on the couch and watch some movies!

This project was rendered after we had finished all proposed plans, and it was fun to see it finalized with actual selections of furniture and materials. This home was modeled, drafted, and rendered for one of my favorite clients, Beth from we built all the models in-house using , model was built and drafted in and final rendering in with post production in ! I love what I do so much!

This rendering was created for to showcase this project for a magazine article. Jen and her team are masters in creating spaces that are unique, inviting, warm, and have a blend of beautiful textures and materials. It’s always a pleasure for me watching their designs unfold and being a small part of helping create renderings to showcase their vision!

I am still gushing about this project - when we first started working on this it looked so great, but then it slowly evolved to this All I can say is - this just takes my breath away. is so talented and her radiate , style, , and such . I am in love with every little detail of this space!
PS. I modeled every little piece of this project (minus Harley Davidson).

Being on this podcast in my industry is like being on Oprah! I can’t believe that this is published today-of all days! What a journey it has been for me over the last 10 years, from making a decision to go back to school and landing where I am today. And none of it would be possible if it wasn’t for my husband, who supported me through this journey from day one. I know he is smiling down on me from heaven today, beaming with pride. Posting just a rendering image from one of my recent projects-this was entirely built and in and O.M.G. How the renderings have improved with this release! I sometimes like to overlay a line drawing as it makes the rendering more stylized - and this little tiny bathroom was a perfect opportunity for this. I love how pulled together all the colors and patterns and made this bathroom wow!
