Take Your Taste Buds on a Trip to Thailand!

Spice up your Friday night with us at Chef Pam’s Kitchen! This Friday, October 16th, we're bringing the bold, vibrant flavors of Thailand to Waukesha with a delicious hands-on cooking experience!

Beef Lettuce Wraps – A savory, flavor-packed start!

You may have noticed someone was missing from our Supper Club team last night… but she had a pretty special reason to be away! ❤️🇺🇸

Our beloved Sous Chef Paula was absent from the kitchen because her dad was selected to go on an Honor Flight, and she had the incredible opportunity to accompany him on this meaningful journey!

As a 24-year Navy veteran herself, Chef Pam knows just how important it is to honor those who have served our country. Supporting our veterans is something especially close to our hearts here at Chef Pam’s Kitchen.

Please join us in thanking Paula’s dad for his service and celebrating this unforgettable experience!

What a night! Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support me at my Chef Spotlight Dinner at WCTC.

This year, WCTC - Waukesha County Technical College selected Chef Pam’s Kitchen for the Chef Spotlight Series, and it was such an honor to come back and cook alongside my team, the students, and the instructors who taught me and are still teaching the next generation of culinary students today.

It was incredibly special to return to a place that played such an important role in my culinary journey and to share the kitchen with so many talented people.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us, supported us, and made the evening so memorable. I’m truly grateful. ♥
