Deciding what to do with these tar covered stone sills and brick. Most likely will need to be replaced by Eden Stone. Natural stone on top and bottom, chipped on 3 sides. At least the rest is in good condition. It will get power washed soon. The soot may have come from the 1965 fire next-door. The ceiling tin in 311also was so covered with soot and the brick wall between 309 and 311 was replaced for 30’ with a beam possibly from damage at that time.
