Nothing beats a good story and it’s no surprise humans have been sharing stories for thousand of years. It’s how we pass along knowledge, share our experiences, and come together as a community to learn from one another. This event has been something we’ve wanted to do for quite some time, and it feels like we need it now more than ever.

Gather Round is an evening of open-mic story telling where anyone can prepare a 6 to 8 minute true story and put their name in the hat for a chance to share their human experience. The story theme for our initial event is “Firsts”, and we can’t wait to hear about your first loves, first jobs, first heartbreaks, and all the other firsts that have shaped our personal stories.

We hope you’ll grab some friends & family and join us November 17th at 7pm at the Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art for a wonderful evening of storytelling. More info in the link in our bio.
