We don't know for sure why they were returned or refused, but 70+% of returns are due to something OTHER than functionality (cosmetic, didn't fit, etc. ). ALL GRADE B UNITS ARE TESTED FOR PROPER FUNCTIONALITY and include a 30 DAY WARRANTY for proper functionality, but are otherwise sold AS-IS.
