Rib Mountain Glass is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Glazier to join our team. We provide a range of services including commercial service repair, curtain wall systems, storefronts, fabrication, doors, and hardware. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work well in within a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and replace commercial glass, storefronts, doors, and hardware
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and measurements
• Fabricate, cut, and prepare glass and metal framing materials
• Ensure precise, high-quality installations on job sites
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment
• Work with customers and other team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a commercial glazier (or strong related experience)
• Ability to read construction plans and take accurate measurements
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with curtain wall, storefront systems, and door hardware
• Familiarity with aluminum fabrication
