What a wonderful update for a wonderful family. This Glendale kitchen was begging to be brought back to life as it literally had coffin entrances! While taking the kitchen down to the studs to include removing the coffered ceiling and soffits, we had to remove all the corner edges of the entryways to give it a more open feel.

Coming in under budget allowed for a refresh of the laundry room to inlcude new flooring, cabinetry, and paint to match the kitchen.

What a beautiful kitchen refresh to a classic home in the Enderis Park neighborhood!

The main part of the kitchen received a full update while maintaining some of the characteristics of the old one; mainly the adorable flooring. Space is an issue so an additional cabinet and shelving was added where an unused ironing board sat.

The hallway next to the kitchen was an inefficient dumping ground. By removing the small closet and narrowing the base depth, we were able to maximize the space and give it a crisp, clean look that naturally flows with the rest of the kitchen.

Efficient use of space, providing a full update, and staying under budget. What else could you ask for?

A lot of time and energy was spent in bringing this home back to life! Walkable to Carroll University and downtown Waukesha. Modern updates while maintaining and respecting the original character of the home.

What a gorgeous transformation of this primary bathroom. Although functional, this 70’s bathroom doesn’t hold the same charm as a classic pair of bell bottoms and was just screaming for a makeover. It went down to the studs and got a clean modern look to fit with the style of the home.

Something tells me the kids will be getting kicked out and the parents will be making this one theirs 🤣

Wimpy mantel got your fireplace feeling sad, pathetic, and left out? If so, just give it a little bulk and it will proudly let its presence be known! Non-functioning registers were removed, new walls were framed in, insulated and texture added to match. The mantel surrounding the fireplace received a multi layered wood addition with an Iron Ore coat.

We didn’t forget ablut the gorgeous leaded glass windows as they also received a little trim love.

New sconces were added and a fresh fireplace screen turns this wall into a focal point the moment you walk in.

As the weather starts to cool and you’re spending more time indoors, do you find yourself running out of space? Did you wish you had a little extra square feet for the kids to play? Who are you kidding, we all need a place to get away and hide from the kids.

Then do what these wonderful clients did, and finish your basement space! We took a partially finished area with random storage and overall dreary feel and gave it a large floor plan with a gorgeous 3/4 BA. The exposed ceiling, new electrical, new plumbing, updated windows, pantry closets, and a nice plush carpet make this a basement you’ll always want to hang out in.
