I have power and A/C now!! Yaayyy!!! 🥳 Things should start moving along so much quicker! I'm trying to talk my hubby into letting me get this huge rooster statue to park outside my building but he said no - unless I can manage to get 500 "likes" and 50 comments 🥴

Well I still don't have power - hopefully that's coming tomorrow - but we've got most of the insulation up other than the areas we needed to leave open for electrical to run and where the mini split will hang so today we got some beadboard for the walls and as a little bonus I found a delicious snack at Lowe's to occupy our tastebuds on the way home! 🥳😍😋

Insulation going in! We need to get another couple of batts and then we can put wall boards. 🥳
It's SOOOO hot wearing those tyvek suits but they're totally necessary even though we're using Rockwool insulation. It's not AS itchy as fiberglass, but it can definitely still get into the skin and cause problems.
We also have everything here now for the mini split to be installed and for the breaker box to be wired in. We had an electrician here yesterday but almost as soon as he got unloaded and set up to get started, he got a phone call and unfortunately had a family emergency so that'll have to wait another week and then hopefully the mini split will immediately follow. 🙏🏼

I'm playing around with the software for the new printer before it arrives so that I will be able to get to work with it right away, and to say that I am SOOO EXCITED for this machine would be a SEVERE understatement! I know the upload quality here is terrible and even worse since it's a recording of a screen, but check out the texture preview!! 😍👏🏼

I just received confirmation that my building will be delivered next Tuesday!
I still have LOTS to do once it gets here... I need to have an electrician come out and wire it up for me, I need to have a mini split installed to keep my tools and equipment working properly, I need to finish the inside walls and flooring... ooh goodness it's so much, but I'm SOOOO excited!!!
Oh!! And I ordered it with a flower box on the front porch window so I gotta decide what kind of flowers or plants I want in there too! 💐🪴

Quick update on the new shop...
I've picked out my building design & colors and I've decided where I want it placed.
The building is currently being built to order with my custom design specs and we're working on clearing off the spot for it to go! 🥳
That patch of dead grass is where my old car sat for a while, and the camper will need to be moved over a few feet before it gets here but we still have a few weeks before the building is finished to get that worked out (thankfully because the truck is currently in the shop having some warranty work done).
