I love to cook a prime rib! Why? Cause it’s so easy and people think you worked so hard at it because its perfectly cooked with great flavor… but you didn’t. I use a recipe from Mary Pierson who was a fantastic cook! I think of you, Mary, every time I make this and give you all of the credit!
