Glad to have been asked to make a previous co-workers/campus partner's going away gift this week. In saying my farewell he reminded me of something I did for him early in his arrival to the role, something I didn't remember until he mentioned it. It was a good reminder that our efforts and our actions for others matter / even if they're not self serving. 🫶🏼
