Employee of the Month 🏆🎉

Meet Brendan! Founder of Exterior Vibrant Lighting Co. and Installer behind your permanent lighting projects. What started as a leap of faith turned into a full-time mission to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Brendan left his W-2 career at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant to pursue entrepreneurship full time, launching his own exterior lighting company and growing a second successful business, EV Boutique, LLC, an all-electric lawn care company.

One of the biggest reasons for stepping away from a traditional career was simple: to buy back time. Time with family. Time to build something of his own. Creating a future on his own terms.

Brendan is a proud husband and father of two, and is an avid runner!

Brendan is a born again Christian and his favorite verse, Matthew 6:26: “Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?”
