-We have booths at 7 different renaissance festivals and are always applying to more!
-Over 25 different mono-floral varietal honeys from all over the United States and world!
-Over 20 different creamed and infused honeys!
-20 of our varietal honeys available in honey sticks!
-1 gallon mead kits to help you begin a new hobby!
-Handcrafted mead mugs along with leather straps!

✨Varietal of the Week✨

Buckwheat Blossom Honey

About:
This is a low sweetness honey produced from cultivated buckwheat in the Pacific Northwest. Colored a deep brown to black with perhaps a touch of red or purple tint, Buckwheat honey is renowned for containing higher levels of antioxidants than honey from other floral sources.

Taste Profile:
The intensely robust flavor delivers pungent earthy notes of bitter black strap molasses, hay, and malt.
**Due to the intense flavor profile, this one is a “love it” or “hate it” honey for most people. Generally speaking if you like things such as Guinness, black licorice, bitter dark chocolate, and Jägermeister, it’s likely that you will enjoy this one.**

Uses:
- Pairs well with savory cheeses such as goat cheese.
- It is frequently used to glaze meats.
- It is a favorite for mead makers. Due to the intense flavor of the honey, your mead will be flavorful without the need for adding spices and fruits.

Carrot Blossom Honey

About:
It is produced in the Pacific Northwest during the pollination of carrots being grown for seed.

Taste Profile:
It has an amazing earthy aroma and flavor profile. Strong bodied with notes of caramel and carrot cake, and sweet, grassy finish.

Uses:
-It pairs well with black, green, and herbal teas.
-It is a delight for cooking! Imagine glazing roasted vegetables or baking a cake!
-It would make a phenomenal mead!
