We’re getting ready for our next event! The “Christmas Barn at Buttermilk Barn. We have been on the road getting some new items so make sure to come see us in Barn 2.

If you're coming (or even thinking about it), please hit share on the event and personally invite a few friends. Or tag somebody in the comments who would love this. That honestly helps more than anything I could post myself.

Here's everything you need to know:

🎄 Christmas Barn Sale at The Buttermilk Barn
📅 Friday & Saturday, November 20th & 21st
⏰ 8 AM to 4 PM both days
📍 Corner of Bay Branch Rd and Buttermilk Rd, Sylvania, GA
Type "Buttermilk Barn Sale" into Google Maps and it'll take you right to us. The address shows up in two different spots depending on which map app you use.

Three barns plus outside booths full of antiques, vintage, primitives, restored cast iron, handmade candles and soaps, jewelry, quilted ornaments and wreaths, jams and jellies, North Georgia apples, and plenty of Christmas decor. Food vendors too, so come hungry. Funnel cakes are back!

🎟️ Admission:
Friday 8 AM to 12 PM: $15 VIP early shopping
Friday after 12 and all day Saturday: $5
🚐 Free parking with shuttles running all day
🚻 Real bathrooms on site
☔ Rain or shine
🐾 No pets please

So stop out if your visiting Waynesboro next weekend. There will also be a Fall community yard sale hosted by Burke County Recreation Department, and you can catch the last day of the Waynesboro GA Exchange Club Fair.
We have great local businesses that will be open Downtown Waynesboro, Georgia for even more shopping.

It’s only two weekends away! If you haven’t been please come see what we do at our markets. We started doing markets, first for my love of antiques and to give vendors an inexpensive way to rotate inventory. Along with local crafters and bakers to sell and showcase their hand made items.
We are about 9 miles from the heart of Waynesboro “downtown”.
We share a flyer with our shoppers about where to go downtown after they visit the market.
So if your a small business in downtown or on the surrounding area and want to showcase your business please go to our website and sign up for a spot. For $35 for a 10x10 pull up & set up spot, you can’t find better advertising for your business.
Any non-profits that would like to set up at the market please reach out to us and we will get you set up with a free spot. We want to be a part of our community not just live in it. We hope you can come out, and yes we know it’s opening day of deer season. So while he’s hunting you can come shop!
