See that fog between your window panes? 🌫️That's not condensation on the glass — that's condensation INSIDE the glass.

It means your window's seal has failed and the insulating gas has escaped. Your window is no longer doing its job. The good news: you don't always have to replace the whole window. Sometimes just the glass unit can be swapped out.
