I’m pro-screen time within reason but my 11 year old gets car sick so we did our 10 hour road trip to Michigan almost entirely screen free!

Family road trip games (DM me if you’re interested in this bc it entertained all 3 kids ages 14, 11 and 6 + my husband/I), snack boxes & travel busy boxes helped pass the time.

My Nest Thermostat and I have a lot in common during summer break.

We both start the day with a solid plan.

By lunchtime, things are heating up.

By bedtime, we’re just doing the best we can and hoping for cooler temperatures tomorrow.
