One roof panel of this clients shop had partially ripped off on high winds, it’s took some work with Alpine Lumber to get the right color but we finally got to install the new sheet 18’4” sheet today. Conditions were less than ideal as the wind got up but we were able to safely get the work done.

Gutters cleared of pine needles run clear, replacement of clips holding the heat tape as needed; and I shared photos of the roof with the home owner in case they want to keep on top of the condition of their shingles.

Watch out for ‘silvery’ areas as this suggests the glass fiber is showing through where you’re loosing stone/asphalt.
