Ah, September. The leaves are changing, the air is crisp, and Brimfield is having the last show of 2026. We are in our usual space at Auction Acres, in space D2.

We won’t be in the shop for the week, but we are open and our staff is there to assist you! After this week is over we will be revamping our displays to enjoy 9 months without having to pack for shows!

As always, thank you for your business and support! Coffee and cookies will be returning to the shop in two weeks.

Happy Birthday, America! There’s nothing like a day of sun and summer heat to bring out your patriotic spirit! This year, however, the sun is a fireball and the heat is more like a flame!

We here at Wayside Antiques have a solution! Ditch the sun screen, come out of the basement and escape to the shop, where we will be open our regular hours all weekend, Including July 4th!!

Yes, we are burning cash to chill the store and offer you the cool antiques that we are so well known for!

It’s taken some time, but we are finally ready to formally unveil our new vinyl section! Nestled on the back corner of the first floor are hundreds of estate fresh records, with an emphasis on rock, classical rock, and heavy metal!

Here you will find all of the artists that you are looking for, from America to ZZ Top, from King Crimson to Love, and Dan Fogelberg to Carly Simon.

This week, we’re enjoying the fun and sun out in Brimfield. You can find us at Auction Acres, Space D1 (at the front of the show). It’s been a fabulous week, not counting the cold, the rain, the truck breakdown and the mud, but we love a challenge!

on through this endless winter, I thought that we would brighten your day with a few pics of our first floor.

Many of our most interesting pieces have found new homes, and we have continued driving throughout the Northeast, buying high quality goods that aren’t normally available. We love what we do, and we hope that you like the merchandise that we offer here at Wayside!

We here at Wayside would like to take a moment to thank all of our friends and neighbors who stopped in to the shop and helped to make this one of our busiest Christmas seasons ever! We all do this because of our passion for old good things, and we are happy to provide keepsakes that will be passed down from generation to generation.

However, this isn’t your grandmothers style of antique shop. We travel all over New England, buying stuff that you just don’t find anymore, and sell it at fair prices.
