A little different from our usual arts, crafts, and sensory play post today.

As parents, we spend so much time taking care of our children that we often forget to take care of ourselves. Between work, home, parenting, and everything else life throws at us, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted.
