Custom blinds, shades, shutters & drapery designed to fit your space, style, and light control needs. Hi, I’m DeAnn, the proud owner of Gotcha Covered of Fargo!
(1)

We offer in-home consultations throughout Fargo -Moorhead, Grand Forks, Detroit Lakes, including motorized and smart window treatments. When I’m not helping clients find the perfect custom window treatments, you’ll likely find me refinishing furniture, painting, or relaxing at the lake. I’m married to my best friend Jeff, and we love spending time with our amazing children, family, and our two lovable golden doodles, Looey and Stella. Creating beautiful spaces—both at work and at home—is truly my passion!

Whether you design for a living or you're simply ready to update the windows in your own home, a well-made window treatment has to hold its own while working with everything else going on in the room — the light, the furnishings, the architecture. That's the kind of detail I bring to every project.

At Gotcha Covered of Fargo, I work with homeowners, interior designers, and builders to create custom window covering solutions that feel intentional, complement the space, and reflect each client’s personal style.

Because the details make all the difference. 🤍

Welcome to the future! Almost every blind, shade, and drapery can now be motorized and can fit your exact lifestyle. From simple remote operated blinds to smart home integration that opens draperies on a set schedule every morning, consider making your next window coverings completely motorized. Once you see it in action, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.

Light, privacy, and a clean modern look.

A light-filtering roller shade is a beautiful choice for bedrooms when you want to soften bright sunlight and add daytime privacy without making the room feel dark.

This crisp, neutral roller shade blends seamlessly with the window trim while allowing filtered natural light to brighten the space. And when you want to enjoy the view, simply raise the shade!

At Gotcha Covered of Fargo, we help homeowners throughout Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Horace, and the surrounding area find custom window treatments that balance privacy, light control, and style.

Looking for custom roller shades for your home? Schedule a complimentary consultation and let’s find the perfect fabric and opacity for your space.

Fall is the best time to update your window coverings. As the days get shorter, natural light becomes even more precious and scarce. The right window treatments help you maximize every bit of that sun and warmth during the day, and captures the coziness of a cool evening once the sun goes down.

Design Tip Tuesday! Stationary side panels on either side of a window are one of the most elegant design moves you can make. They add height, softness, and a finished, intentional look without ever needing to be drawn closed. Think of them less as a window covering and more as a frame for the view outside. The result is dramatic, beautiful, and surprisingly simple.

Fall is on the way! As the temperatures start to drop, your windows become your home's biggest source of heat loss. Insulating window treatments keep the warmth in and the cold out all season long. Your home stays cozier and your heating bill stays lower. Now is the perfect time to update your current window coverings!

: Your dining room can handle more than you think. This is one of the best rooms in the house to go bold with window treatments! Consider a rich fabric, a deeper color, or lively patterns. Dining rooms are used for moments, not all day every day, which makes them the perfect place to take a design risk with your window coverings and love the result!
