New 5.0-star Review: "Very pleased with this company. We needed to get the carpet on our stairs replaced. Justin was at our house within a day of contacting FCI and provided amazing service. Some of the stairs under the carpet were in pretty rough shape and the installers (excellent) ended up spending a lot of time working on and repairing those before being able to lay the new carpet. They didn't charge a penny more for labor and it looks great!"

New 5.0-star Review: "Justin started us off with a quick description of the products they offered. He explained the process carefully but quickly. He then demonstrated what the end result will look like which really helped to pick the right flooring for us. During the install their team came in and worked quickly and very neatly. You can tell the installer was experienced since all the tricky spots and corners came out great. All the work was complete in a little over one day. After completion Justin returned to inspect the result to make sure they met their own standards. He found a few things and had the team come back to correct them. It was an overall great experience where the value and quality was high. Big thanks to Justin and his team."
