Great company had an emergency repair and Joe was willing to talk me over the phone how to uninstall and install a new single hung window after a tree going through it. Would recommend this company they are very friendly and willing to help and do an amazing job. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the prompt service provided by HMT. They repaired my window the day after I contacted them.
The crew showed up on time, quickly determined what part needed to be replaced, then obtained the part and returned within 3 hours to install the new part.

Two brothers bought a brand new impact door for their house for the new year.

Good morning I'm up and having my coffee I am so happy new year Post It is and impact door with an impact half light obscure glass. Let's the light in and gives you privacy. Impact fiberglass door, 3 - stainless steel hinges, PVC trim, composite jambs, 6 1/2" jambs, 180 mile an hour tested and also design pressures are +75/ -75. Just installed and just inspected this week 1/6/2023.

Joe's son and a coworker came in to install some French Doors that I bought at Home Depot. After 2 handymen failed to get the doors installed (even going as far to say as it wasn't their fault, but the door manufacturer's fault for not being straight) Joe said he would send some guys out to finish the job. And they did, and it looks amazing. The 2 men on the site were extremely courteous, helpful, and explained why the other guys had such a hard time. I am so glad I called this company and wish I had called them before anyone else. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future for any door/window problems and/or replacements. Thanks so much Joe for your quick response time with the emails and phone calls, and for getting this done within 3 business days from our first email. Since the price came in under what I was expecting, I even got the chance to tip the workers a little extra; you can't beat HMT Windows and Doors for value, expediency, and professionalism.

County and State Contractors:

Please note the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board (PBCCILB) would like to remind you as County/State contractors that you are required to display your contractor’s license number in your vehicles, websites and business cards in compliance with County and/or State guidelines. Doing so would also help our County citizens to identify who is licensed and who is not.

For County Contractors:

Chapter 67-1876, Laws of Florida Special Act: Section 10-C, states in part:

It is unlawful for a contractor or a qualified business organization to fail to identify any of his or its vehicles used to transport materials and equipment to a job site. Identification shall be effectuated by placing upon said vehicles, in a permanent manner, the contractor's or business organization's identification, by name or symbol and certificate of competency number, in at least two locations in at least 2 inch letters.

For State Contractors performing working Palm Beach County:

Fla. Stat. § 489.119 (5) (c), states in part:

If a vehicle bears the name of a contractor or business organization, or any text or artwork which would lead a reasonable person to believe that the vehicle is used for contracting, the registration or certification number of the contractor must be conspicuously and legibly displayed with the name, text, or artwork.

Noncompliance:

Failure to comply with the aforementioned guidelines may subject you to the following penalties: County Contractors: County fines up to $500 per occurrence; State Contractors: PBCCILB referral notices to DBRP recommending DBPR impose up to $250 for first violation, and between $500 to $2,500 fine and/or probation for repeat violations.
