Everything is made of waffles, on waffles, or inside waffles—and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🧇✨
Whether you’re craving a savory Eggs Benny on a potato waffle or something sweet to hit the spot, Starving Artist is the ultimate brunch destination. A Saturday morning well spent at the historic St. Lawrence Market! 🧺✨

There is nothing quite like the buzz of this place. If you’re heading over, you absolutely cannot miss the legendary lobster sandwich from Buster’s Sea Cove—it’s packed with fresh flavor and worth every bit of the hype. 🦞 To round out the trip, make sure to stop by St. Urbain Bagel Bakery. Watching them bake those traditional Montreal-style bagels in the wood-fired oven is just as good as the first bite! 🥯🔥

Did you know this market has been a culinary landmark since 1803? It’s truly the heart of the city’s food scene.

What’s your go-to market snack? Let me know below! 👇

Golden hour at the beach followed by a temple of red-sauce nostalgia? Yes, please! 🍝✨

If you haven’t made the pilgrimage to Rizzo’s House of Parm yet, you’re missing out on the ultimate love letter to Italian-American soul food. Created by chef Matty Matheson as a tribute to his wife Patricia’s heritage, the restaurant is actually named after their eldest daughter, Rizzo! 🇮🇹❤️

Whether it’s the legendary Chicken Parm, the giant Mozzarella Sticks, or a bowl of Matty’s Bolognese, every bite feels like a warm hug from family. It’s no wonder they were named one of the Best New Restaurants in Canada. 🇨🇦🏆

Pull up a chair, grab a glass of w**e, and let the Sunday dinner vibes roll any day of the week. 🍷🥖

Sweet dreams are made of… Bernie Beigne! 🍩✨

There’s something about a fresh donut that just hits differently, and the Mile End’s favorite spot is keeping the old-school vibes alive in the best way possible.
Did you know that Bernie Beigne was named after the street it’s located on (Rue Bernard), but it’s also a tribute to the original owner of the building? 🏛️ This neighborhood gem was inspired by the classic Greek and Jewish bakeries that defined the Mile End for decades. Whether you’re grabbing a jumbo glazed right from the window or diving into a pink-iced "Simpson’s" donut, every bite feels like a piece of Montreal history.

Pro tip: Get there early before your favorites sell out! 🏃💨
