The shop will be closed for Memorial Day weekend. I’m going camping! I need a break! I know y’all were out enjoying the sunshine last weekend because I was stuck inside the shop, mostly by myself. Now it’s my turn to have a little fun :)

Anniversary Sale, Day 2!

1. We still have plenty of good stuff out in the hallway for fill-a-bag. Patterns, knitting needles, yarn, fabric, and some surprises 🌀
2. The books in the classroom are now 4 for $1, with a few free ones from mixed in. Don’t let Tucker working on machines in the corner scare you away, he’s very nice 🙂
3. Friday volunteers helped restock the quilting fabric! Lots to choose from!
4. The shelves are loaded with fully serviced, fully tested sewing machines. If you come grab one today, it’s 10% off!
5. Handmade historical American Girl Doll clothes. You have to see these in person to fully appreciate the craftswomanship that went into them 👒
6. BIG BUTTON RESTOCK! Including lots of fun ones donated by 
7. New item alert: lacy grab bags, full of all kinds of vintage frills.
8. Finally, in case you’ve ever thought that running a second hand craft store is glamorous — here’s the Volvo stuffed with stuff for the sale, bags that were stashed in our third floor apartment for the past month 🫠

🌺 drop in this Wednesday, 5/6, 5:30 - 8pm
🌺 drop in this Friday, 5/8, 10am - 5pm
🌺 during the sale, Saturday or Sunday, 10am - 5pm, for a 2 or 3 hour shift. Reach out to sign up for a shift!

Tomorrow is volunteer night! Drop by between 5:30 and 8 to help process donations. We’ll be making quilt bundles and rolling up some fashion fabrics. It’s spring cleaning season, which means we’ve been swamped with donations recently, and our anniversary sale is coming up, so we could use your help! Volunteers get first dibs and a 15% discount on all second hand items. Next Wednesday is volunteer night, too!

We’re having a lil sale to celebrate one year at Stockhouse Station! The classroom will be set up with scraps for a fill - a - bag situation, and all secondhand items in the shop will be 10% off, including sewing machines.
