Should I splurge on natural quartzite or go with the tried and true manmade quartz for my countertop?

This is one of the most common questions my clients have, and unfortunately the answer isn’t completely straightforward. There are big benefits to both natural and manmade stone, and I use both often in my designs!

However, there are some factors I ask all of my clients to consider:
•How much durability are you looking for?
•Do you value uniqueness?
•Would you prefer your countertops to be the centerpiece of your kitchen or take on a more understated look?

All of these questions can help you decide if the splurge on natural stone is worth it to you or if it’ll be best to use more of your budget elsewhere.

If you still aren’t sure, or just can’t picture how it will all fit together, 3d renderings are the perfect way to visualize each option and choose what best suits your vision. These are some renderings we did for an upcoming kitchen reno, and I can’t wait to see what the final selection will be!

Sneak peak at an almost-completed kitchen in Westford, MA!

We’re gathering a few more finishing touches to make this space feel like home, but couldn’t wait to share the gorg cabinetry and lighting. I love an oversized island, and with seating for six, this kitchen REALLY delivered!

I can’t wait to see all of the dinner parties these homeowners host in this space 🦪

I’m so excited that it’s finally starting to feel like Spring around here! This warm weather inspired me to share this gorgeous, light & airy kitchen reno we completed last Summer🪻🌸

This was a really fun project for me, and we got to implement some unique functionality solutions such as a pot filler above the stovetop, and a custom appliance garage.

We’re busy with a few big and exciting projects that are starting up (including a total home restoration!), and I can’t wait to share more details, so make sure to stay tuned!

This fun project was all about maximizing both storage and personality 🌶️

Such a fun project to work on and we are all thrilled with how it turned out! Even though we all know I love a statement appliance, I have to admit that these quartzite countertops are the real stars of the show here.
