Kimball Farms is opening their Grill and Seafood Shack for the season. They've moved it back, and enlarged it, displacing the animal.yard in the process...which is sad for those of us who've been bringing our kids and grandkids to enjoy ice cream while watching the animals...but the food is good, so more space is good, too...BUT THE PRICES...$47.25 for a plate of fried clams? I won't pay that. Would you?

You’ve been lied to about peppers 🌶️

The number of lobes does NOT determine gender, and it definitely doesn’t change how they taste. Every pepper has seeds and can reproduce on its own.

The only thing I look at? Four lobes stand up better for stuffed peppers. That’s it.

Here's a dilemma. Icing melts on cinnamon buns when they are reheated...but they dry out without the icing. My trick is to spead a very thin layer on icing on the buns right after cooking, then add the rest befire eating. This gives you lots of nice gooey icing when you eat them, and keeps them from drying out in the meantime.
