Thank you everyone supporting my tiny farm stand with big dreams! The Carrot cake sold out fast!
This week…Clementine Cake, citrus icing. Gluten free. Delicate, sweet and delicious.
Fresh strained yogurt, cute jar bouquet. I’m working on some more ferments this week. Looking to start another sourdough starter and Kimchi. 🥕🥬🍞

Mini carrot cakes… teenager says is “bussin” and cake aficionado husband says I nailed it. Come get some! Icing will be in a separate container to prevent sticky mess. Add on as you slice it!

If you want to elevate your meals, here’s the key, you need a great pickle. I’m making use of the bounty of carrots from Milkweed farm and Pete’s stand. A sweet and tangy pickled daikon radish and carrot, excellent in rice, soup, salad and just eating straight outta the jar like the kids do.

Some new things… cucumbers are abundant! I have stocked some freshly made dill sandwich and spears. Also made a Mint Lemon syrup, excellent for beverages and desserts. And there is one bouquet for sale today. Lisianthus and white vervain, celosia, and snap dragon.

I’ve been a busy baker! Fresh Babka, chocolate chip banana bread minis, vegan doughnuts and Vegan spice rolls. I KNOW that all of you like myself, love the icing from the cinnamon roll. They are already iced, BUT there is a little extra to top it off as you eat. Stocking up 9/9 pm, open 24/7 while supplies last.

I’m about 2.5 months in on my plant -based diet. I have been loving it. Finding pastries though…it’s not so easy to come by. I made my first batch of vegan delights to sell, one of them didn’t make it to labeling! Vegan Iced Cinnamon rolls. Soft in the middle, the right amount of sweetness to satisfy with a bite of cinnamon. No dairy and no egg. $12 for a six pack.

Get your teenager to help with herbal apothecary!

St. John’s Wort, also called Klamath W**d, is used to tread depression and anxiety, also great to treat the skin.

Here we are steeping the leaves and flowers in oil to create salves in a few weeks.
Lemon Balm is said to help aid with the properties, so I’m giving that a try this year.
