I'm from Australia, and we had a mass shooting in April 1996, where 35 people were killed and 23 were injured. Within a week, the Australian government introduced the National Fi****ms Agreement - legislation that outlawed automatic and semi-automatic rifles and pump-action shotguns. Over 640,000 guns were turned in as part of the buy-back scheme. Australia has had very few mass shootings since then, and popular opinion agrees that the average person doesn't need those types of weapons. Current laws require applicants to provide sufficient evidence why they need a gun.
I understand that this is a very complex and sensitive issue, but its time the U.S gets serious about responsible gun control. Instead of always saying the problem can't be fixed, let's at least be willing to address the issue.

Incredibly dumb question. COVID happened around the world. The aftermath of COVID caused inflation in much of the developed world. The world is still recovering and will recover . The current leaders in all countries didn't cause inflation, that is just fact. As far as the U.S. goes? Biden has helped that recovery better than the leaders in most countries. The worst thing Americans could do is re-elect Trump. He was a failure the first time, logic would suggest no one wants more of the same.....and he's too old to run, as was Biden.
