Thinking of getting a professional garage floor coating? Ask your bidding contractor this simple question: Is your direct-to-concrete primer (base) coat a moisture v***r barrier?

If the contractor uses a polyurea or polyaspartic as the primer coat, THIS IS NOT A MOISTURE V***R BARRIER. Choose a contractor that uses a moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat…never a polyurea-polyaspartic. Polyurea-polyaspartics should be used as clear topcoats only!

Application of a proper moisture v***r barrier is one of several critical steps in the installation of quality garage floor coatings.
