We have bouquets in the stand again today!
I wanted to say some quick thank yous. I don’t share many personal things but here we go. On the Friday before Mother’s Day I had surgery. I was totally unprepared for how hard recovery would be. The only reason we had bouquets Mother’s Day weekend is because my wonderful mother (who drove 12 hours from Virginia) and my amazing husband went out in the dark and did the best they could to harvest flowers and bring them to me so I could put bouquets together on the couch. My sweet mom stayed with us for two weeks to help with the kids, with me and with the flowers. She was incredible! She planted, harvested weeded, and did EVERYTHING around the farm and the house and never complained once. Now that shes back home my husband has taken over for her and has been a total rock star through all of this! So, thank you to the two of them for everything. I also want to thank our wonderful neighbors who have cooked a meal for us and all our friends who have offered food or help! We are so incredibly grateful! Finally, thank you to all of you who have been patient with us this spring. I have been slower to respond, we didn’t have as many bouquets available Mother’s Day weekend and our social media content hasn’t been as interesting. So thank you for sticking with us! We’re do our best to continue serving you with high quality specialty fresh cut flowers grown right here in Whit Bluff! Thank you every one! We are so blessed!
