Good Morning.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that WarmShade’s Wonders is closing our Whitman location as of today. When Covid is over, we look towards the future when we can bring paint and craft events to our customers again. We miss you, but this is right decision for our families at this time.

We owe a debt of gratitude to all of our customers, supporters, friends and families.

Hello Friends, Fans, Followers and Fiends!

With the Governor’s order that all of us will need to wear masks, we thought it would be a great time to remind everyone that we are still making masks!

They are $8 each or 5 for $30.

In addition to the new fabrics that we’ve ordered (photos coming soon!) we have also ordered flexible stainless steel nose pieces in two different sizes - it will make your mask work better with glasses (trust us, we’ve tried them ourselves!)

The nose pieces are machined here in the United States by a veteran owned manufacturing company who has shifted focus in order to create the nose pieces - and keep their people working.

The nose pieces, along with rising prices of fabric are the reason for the slight price increase. This also covers the cost of donation to those who truly cannot afford a mask, and to local people who are in need.

We are not raking in profit from the sale of these masks. Nor is it the reason we are making them.

Also, we understand that money is tight at this time. We are completely open to bartering, or trading donations for masks.
When you are the one usually doing the giving, it is hard to admit you need help. We don’t judge. We are stubborn too.

So, as many of you in the community know at this point, we are making masks for people's safety. All of these masks are made to order, I don't have them in a stockpile somewhere. I am not making any profit on these masks and we're donating a large percentage as well.
For the past 4 days we've been sewing well into the night, delivering well into the evening, getting up early the next day and coming in to get right back at it. When we leave the shop its to get food because we need it or to complete yet another run to the store because we are hunting down the needed supplies while also not blowing out stock and creating a gap in supplies for others.
Our inbox is inundated and if we don't reply to you right away it's because we're focused on the work. Our away message is up so that you know we see you we just can't answer right now. Please be patient with us. We're humans who are all stuck in this together and we're working as fast as we can.
