Completed permit drawing package for a 1,650 SF zero waste grocery store interior renovation project in Kearny, New Jersey.

The project scope includes interior renovations to an existing tenant space, modifications to non load bearing partitions, new interior finishes, grocery store fixture and equipment layouts, plumbing fixture installations, electrical modifications, and coordination of required building systems.

The drawings were prepared to support the permit review process and comply with applicable New Jersey Uniform Construction Code (NJ UCC) requirements, including building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and accessibility standards.
