This project incorporates design cues from some of the customer’s favorite historic stained glass windows. Overall size of only 13 x 31 inches resulted in some very small pieces of glass, the smallest just 1/8 x 1/4 inch. Glass from Kokomo, Uroboros, Bullseye, Wissmach, Spectrum and Youghiogheny. Assembled with copper foil process.

This project incorporates salvaged antique stained glass window parts supplied by the customer. We used Wissmach English Muffle and Corella Classic glass in pastel colors with a traditional geometric pattern to showcase the antique jewels and their flashed glass surrounds.

This recent project is a good example of how art glass can obscure vision without blocking light.
Photographed in the front window of our shop, it is hiding parked cars and an apartment building. When installed in customer’s home, it will mask unattractive view of roof line.
Bevel cluster of glue chip glass, surrounded by “wave” clear, cut at radial angles for starburst effect. Field of “krinkle” clear by Oceanside Glass.
Inner border of “reeded” clear accented with corner jewels from Germany.
Outer border of “wave” clear.
No colored glass was used in this project, all “colors” in photograph are reflections from outside!
