After designing custom homes from the ground up, there are a few things I wish every homeowner knew before construction ever started.

Because beautiful finishes are only part of a well-designed home.

It’s the floor plan before the tile.
The lighting placement before the fixture.
The transitions from one space to the next.
Knowing when to make a statement — and when to let a room breathe.

And most importantly, designing for how you actually live, not just what looks good on Pinterest.

Five years ago, this was just a dream. 🤍

A dream that someday I would get to design homes, create spaces that tell a story, and have people trust me with something as personal as the place they call home.

What people don’t always see are the late nights, the countless hours studying and learning, the mistakes, the growth, and all the nights spent working after my babies went to sleep because that was the only quiet time I had to keep building this dream.

And now, I get to look around and realize that little dream has grown into 15+ projects a year, an assistant by my side, and projects spanning multiple states. Even typing that feels surreal.

Seeing the Hacienda Escape Project completely finished and finally getting to share these beautiful photos feels like one of those full-circle moments. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and seeing it all come together reminds me just how grateful I am that this is what I get to call my career.

There are still moments where I stop and think, I really get to do this. 🥹

I know I didn’t get here alone. Every client who has trusted me with their home, every person who has shared my work, recommended my name, encouraged me, or simply followed along, you have played a part in turning something I once dreamed about into my real life.

I will never take the opportunity to design someone’s home for granted. Thank you for trusting my creativity. Thank you for supporting my business. Thank you for cheering me on through every season of growth. 🤎

Every room deserves thoughtful design…even the hall bath.💚

The smallest spaces are often the ones that leave the biggest impression, and this Hacienda Escape hall bath is proof that timeless design lives in the details.

We designed custom V-groove cabinetry and carried the soft aloe green throughout by color-matching the cabinetry, baseboards, and shower tile for a seamless, layered look. Even the penny round mosaic was chosen with intention, featuring a subtle green border that quietly ties the entire palette together.

The Pottery Barn sconces introduce a warm brass accent that beautifully complements the cabinet hardware, while the oil-rubbed bronze faucet grounds the space with contrast and character. It’s the balance of mixed metals, rich texture, handcrafted tile, and custom millwork that gives this bathroom a collected feel, one that will look just as beautiful years from now as it does today.

Because a hall bath shouldn’t be an afterthought. It should feel just as intentional as every other room in the home.
