Latest project just finished west Wichita, it was 4000'SQF of glue down carpet demo and then 2500'SQF of carpet squares in the 18 office area's and 1500'. SQF of Luxury vinyl plank big 5'X9" planks and around 1400'LF of 1"X6" baseboards we did this mostly over night do to people working in the offices. We spent around 9 days start to finish with a delay waiting on material. We do all types of flooring residential commercial we also do painting Sheetrock and texture all interior and decks but mostly we do floors and lots of them if you have a project big or small give me a call 316 302 7365 cut out the expensive middle man and I'll get you the best deal on materiel in town i am not a sells men i am a flooring installer and i am verry good at what i do i can save you thousands and have your entire space upgraded in no time at all!!! 💯🤩

This ks one of our latest projects it turned out very well 1800 feet of luxury vinyl tile the glue down plank. It's a bit cheeper than the luxury vinyl plank aka floating floor 1800 feet with dimo and prep we kept the cost below $7500 it saves the customer tremendously when you cut out the middleman and go right to the source. feel free to contact me anytime thank you

”luxury vinyl plank flooring” this is a quality vinyl plank flooring. water proof. not water resistant. there is a different. Zachary Fleetwood and I did this floor around 1200 square feet in 3 days cost for materials and labor around $7 a square foot. we also did the stair case. It’s amazing what just installing a new floor can co for the over all fang shui of a your home

2,1/4”X3/4”red oak select. we removed the carpet in the living area. tied into the original wood floor in the dining room. Total cost for materials and laybor is around $12 a SQFT
